Introduction

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by:

• Manage multiple accounts

• Organize transactions with categories
• Generate financial reports and analytics
• Set up recurring transactions
• Backup and restore data via Google Drive
• Export data in CSV and PDF formats

2.2 Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium features:

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Your Data Ownership

Local Storage:

• All your financial data is stored locally on your device
• We do NOT store your financial data on our servers
• You are responsible for maintaining your device security

Google Drive Backup (Optional):

• If you enable Google Drive backup, your data is stored in YOUR personal Google Drive account
• We do NOT have access to your Google Drive files
• You can delete backups at any time

3.3 Data Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your device secure (passcode, biometric lock, etc.)
• Protecting your Google account credentials
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your data
• Regularly backing up your data

We are NOT responsible for:

• Data loss due to device failure, loss, or theft
• Unauthorized access due to device security breaches
• Data loss if you uninstall the App without backing up

3.4 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for:

• Entering accurate financial information
• Verifying transaction details
• Reconciling with bank statements
• Correcting any errors in your data

We are NOT responsible for:

• Errors in data you enter
• Financial decisions based on App data
• Discrepancies between App data and bank statements

4. Premium Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans

Premium features are available through the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually (best value)
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for lifetime access

Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.

4.2 Billing and Payment

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed through Google Play Store
• You will be charged through your Google Play account
• Prices are in your local currency as determined by Google Play

Automatic Renewal:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You will be charged 24 hours before the renewal date
• Renewal charges are the same as the initial subscription price (unless we notify you of a price change)

4.3 Free Trial (If Applicable)

If we offer a free trial:

• You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
• If you don't cancel, you'll be charged when the trial ends
• You can only use one free trial per Google account

4.4 Cancellation

How to Cancel:

• Go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions
• Select Expense Tracker
• Tap "Cancel Subscription"

After Cancellation:

• You retain premium features until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing period
• Your data remains intact (you just lose premium features)

4.5 Refunds

Refund Policy:

• Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their policies
• Contact Google Play support for refund requests
• We may provide refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances

To Request a Refund:

• Go to Google Play Store
• Find your purchase
• Request a refund within the eligible time period (usually 48 hours)

4.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. If we do:

• We will notify you at least 30 days in advance
• The new price applies to new subscriptions and renewals
• You can cancel before the new price takes effect

4.7 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App, switch devices, or lose premium access, you can restore your purchase:

• Go to Premium screen
• Tap "Restore Purchases"
• Your premium status will be restored if you have an active subscription

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App for:

• Personal financial tracking and management
• Organizing your income and expenses
• Creating budgets and financial reports
• Backing up your financial data

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed:

• The amount you paid for premium subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim, OR
• $100 USD (whichever is greater)

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.

12.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at fluxhivestudios@gmail.com. We will try to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

13.5 No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and us as a result of these Terms or your use of the App.
